AMA Signs on to Human Artistry Campaign

In the past few months, our community has voiced concerns about AI, and the potential threats and opportunities AI will have on artists. As part of our response to that, the AMA recently signed on to the Human Artistry Campaign. A brief note about their directives is below, and we will share many more updates as this topic continues to evolve.

As new technologies emerge and enter such central aspects of our existence, it must be done responsibly and with respect for the irreplaceable artists, performers, and creatives who have shaped our history and will chart the next chapters of human experience.

These principles outline how we can responsibly use artificial intelligence – to support human creativity and accomplishment with respect to the inimitable value of human artistry and expression.

We are excited to work alongside the HAC and share our industry concerns and priorities with them in the months ahead.
