The AMA is proud to present our Artist Representation Contract Template. This template provides examples of common inclusions when forging a relationship with a new artist. The AMA recognizes that it is up to every member to decide what is best for their business so this template can, and should, be modified at a members’ discretion. Please note Section 12 is specific to California and may not be relevant elsewhere.
The AMA Artist Representation Contract Template is a sample agreement between an artist agency and its respective artist. Please note any person that elects to use this contract assumes all risk and responsibility with respect to such use. AMA shall not be responsible for any errors, damages (direct, indirect or consequential), loss of profit, failures, injury, infringement or third-party claims, without limitation. This is not intended to constitute legal advice and members should consult with their own legal counsel as necessary.

The Styling Terms and Conditions Template provides fair and equitable contractual terms to be used with clients and ad agencies when engaging in a production. This resource can be utilized for set design, model making, prop, food and wardrobe styling. AMA Members can, and should, modify these terms and conditions at their discretion.
