Treatment Confidential Information Disclaimer (Artists)

Confidentiality and Intellectual Property:

This Treatment contains proprietary and confidential information of the Photographer and Director, including without limitation concepts, creative approaches, designs, materials, and related intellectual property (collectively, “Confidential Information”).

All Confidential Information remains the exclusive property of the Photographer and Director and is provided solely for evaluation purposes in connection with the contemplated project.

Recipient agrees to maintain the confidentiality of the Confidential Information and to use reasonable care, consistent with its treatment of its own confidential information of a similar nature, to prevent unauthorized disclosure. Recipient shall not use, reproduce, distribute, or otherwise exploit the Confidential Information for any purpose other than evaluation without the prior written consent of the Photographer and Director.
