To include in agreements when the represented Artist is a Creative Director
Agency and Creative Director have the irrevocable, non-exclusive right to use the Deliverables in all media, including online, print portfolios, and social media, for historical, biographical, and promotional purposes, including the production of any materials to promote the services of Agency and Creative Director
To include in agreements when the represented Artist is a Stylist, Makeup Artist, Hair Stylist, Set Designer, Manicurist, or other non-copyright holding contributor to the job.
Following the initial public release of the final deliverables by the Client, the Artist and their Agent shall have the irrevocable, non-exclusive right to use the deliverables for self-promotional purposes. This includes display in printed and digital portfolios, on the Artist’s and Agent’s websites and social media channels, in presentations, reels, newsletters, and other promotional materials designed to showcase the Artist’s professional work. These uses are intended solely to promote the Artist’s and Agent’s services.
If the deliverables have not yet been publicly released by the Client, the Artist and Agent agree to seek written approval prior to any public display. The Client acknowledges that such promotional use is standard industry practice and fundamental to the Artist’s ability to secure future assignments and maintain professional visibility.
License or Grant of Rights
To include in the License or Grant of Rights Section (or wherever feels appropriate) of Terms & Conditions when the represented Artist is a Photographer
… Nothing herein will prevent Photographer, or Agency, from using the Deliverables simultaneously for self-promotional purposes. After any exclusivity period indicated in the Estimate, Photographer shall be entitled to use the Deliverables for any purposes.
Limited Use
To include in the agreement when the represented Artist is a Photographer and the project is WFH.
No earlier than [number (##)] days after the first use of the Photographs, and subject to the prior written approval in each instance of each of Client (which approval may not be unreasonably withheld), Photographer may use (and Client grants to Photographer the limited, revocable license to use) the Photographs solely for: (a) Photographer and Agency to promote Photographer's work and services on Photographer's and Agency’s website, social media, and in a printed copy of Photographer's portfolio, (b) in Photographer’s exhibitions, and (c) in Photographer’s anthologies. The photographer will have no rights of any kind in the Photographs except as expressly stated in this Section.
