Artist Representation Contract Template
The AMA is proud to present our Artist Representation Contract Template.
Not all agents have written contracts with their artists, and those who do may have far simpler contracts than what we are showing here. It is up to every agent to decide what is best for their business. The purpose of this contract template is to provide examples of common inclusions.
Universal Bid Form
We have officially launched a Universal Bid Form (UBF). The UBF was created to help facilitate competitive bidding within our industry while keeping in mind the individual needs of businesses. The UBF provides our members with a template that can be used at our members’ discretion to negotiate production line items for clients including markup, insurance, and payroll fringes.
The UBF also includes a cover page template that members can customize to ensure that all of the necessary information is included when they are drafting their job descriptions.
Without the UBF, our industry lacks a common bidding standard. This document is the latest example of our commitment to support, educate, and provide resources for the benefit of our members.
