Mayo is the premier New York City production studio with in-house set shop. With over 10,000 sq ft of shooting space to comfortably house productions small to large. Mayo offers open studio space for custom sets as well as pre-built House Sets.
Mayo specializes in designing and building highly-detailed room sets for in-studio photo and video productions. The Mayo Set Build Shop is located on-premises, offering efficiencies for Studio projects. Achieve the look of a specialty location with the convenience of being in a studio environment.
Studio rental includes access to our massive inventory of in-house props and furniture. Mayo is also conveniently located in the same building as two major prop houses: Newel and Prop-n-Spoon, offering endless prop options without the need for trucking services.
Photo and Video production equipment can be sub-rented.
