02. AI Language Update
We recently updated the AI language on the AMA website.
Language outlining the use of images as they relate to AI can be added to estimates Terms & Conditions and SOWs in the Grant of Rights, License, or Usage section or as a stand-alone section, depending on how you see fit or is recommended by your legal advisor. This language has been reviewed by AMA Lawyers.
AI : Unless explicitly stated in the usage terms, licensee may not use the assets in connection with an immutable digital asset intended for sale, including but not limited to non-fungible tokens. All rights not expressly granted to the licensee are reserved to company and the copyright holder. No machine learning, AI, or biometric technology use. Unless explicitly authorized in the usage terms, licensee may not use the asset (s) including any caption information, keywords, or other metadata associated with content) for any machine learning and / or artificial intelligence purposes, or for any technologies designed or intended for the identification of natural persons.

03. CiMS
CiMS - The Production App For Creatives is a comprehensive job costing, billing, and payments system designed for the creative sector. Features include estimation/bids, quotations, invoicing, and recording of payments. CiMS also includes an integrated contacts database, calendars for artists, customers and staff members. Full integration with QuickBooks and or Xero is optional.
Our clients consist of representation and production companies in the creative sector including film & video, photography, design, hair, makeup, and content creation.
The system is customizable with unlimited expense templates, multiple (mixed) currency expense estimates, and the bulk updating of estimate line items (e.g motion team, production crew). Jobs can be created quickly by cloning or by the use of templates.
The billing workflow includes optional advanced and interim invoices, job reconciliation and final invoices. Payments are either recorded in CiMS or copied from Quickbooks and Xero bank transaction. CRM features provide a comprehensive view of customer engagement and come with tagging and data export.
