The Corporate Transparency Act mandates the reporting of beneficial ownership information, detailing the individuals who own a company. Filings must be submitted to the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) by December 31, 2024, at FinCEN.gov. This requirement is a one-time obligation, with subsequent updates necessary only if changes occur.
